The highly structured social order and life
cycle found within the bee hive has fascinated
scientists for years. It is precisely the
admirably crafted organization and harmony
within the bee work structure that inspire us at
B.e.e. in engineering and designing the most
efficient and value bringing governance and
corporate structures.

A bee community has a defined hierarchy and all
bees -queens, worker bees, and drones- have
their own roles in the structure creating the
most productive, efficient and organized
dealings. Bees work in harmony and follow
flawless processes in their honey producing
cycle and throughout their life cycle. Depending
on the needs of the colony, the duties of worker
bees evolve and become more important throughout
their lifetime in an admirable and dynamic, yet
smooth change process. More interestingly, bees
have pre-planned mechanisms which they adopt to
circumvent any unanticipated events. |

The work cycle of bees thus unveils an optimal
framework which we are keen at B.e.e. to bring
forward to companies. More particularly, we
design corporate governance structures that
mirror the bee colony and work structure on
several fronts: hierarchy and distribution of
responsibilities across the board of directors,
key executives and lower level employees; high
levels of commitment, team work and harmony;
allocation of resources; control; flow of
processes; organizational behavior; risk
management; dynamics of change across the
business cycle. All of which constitute the
cornerstones for strong communities,
productivity, efficiency, control, and long-term
sustainability. |
